The Position

The candidate will be asked to take the lead in providing the global business and marketing function within the organization, with an integral advice in offensive and defensive actions in the field of advertising, marketing and product marketing claims. This will require early involvement in product concept development and marketing strategy within the parameters as set by the business within Philips Consumer Lifestyle.

The Profile

We are specifically looking for a specialist in the Fast Moving Consumer Goods area, instead of a generalist with some relevant expertise in the aforementioned field. The candidate should have :

• at least 4-5 years of high end expertise in the specific field of advertising, marketing and product marketing claims,
• international expertise in this area and is used to work with different jurisdictions,
• an excellent track record in dealing with national regulatory bodies in defending advertisements and product marketing claims. A proactive attitude is a must to achieve the needs of the business within the legal opportunities and constraints in this field of the law.
