The company creates competitive advantage for its customers through extensive experience in steel, plastic, fibre, corrugated and multiwall containers and flexible and protective packaging for various industries. The company also produces containerboard and manages timber properties in the United States. With over 160 operating locations in more than 40 countries, our client is positioned to serve local, national or multinational customers where they do business.Due to expansion of activities, the Corporate Legal Department responsible for the EMEA region based in The Netherlands is currently in need of anotherLEGAL COUNSEL (min 4-5 years PQE)

The Position

drafting, commenting and negotiating of commercial agreements for sales and sourcing for key and major accounts and major suppliers for its direct or indirect business process;corporate restructuring and housekeeping activities;providing assistance on various other legal topics, such as financing agreements, privacy law, IP law, general conditions of sale or purchase, employment law, environmental and administrative law.

The Profile

• You have a minimum of 4-5 years professional experience in commercialand/or corporate law, preferably in an international industrial environment.
• You are familiar with the fields of general corporate law.
• You are an enterprising professional with a pro-active and autonomous'can-do' working attitude and adapt easy to various operational and managerial levels.
• You are fluent in English. Excellent verbal and written language skills.
