As junior Legal Counsel for the Dutch market you will be part of a dynamic team of commercial professionals and other interconnected disciplines, such as Tax and Finance

The Position

• draft and review various agreements and general terms and conditions;
• actively advise on the legal aspects involved in corporate recovery, retention and collateral;
• participate in cross-border projects as a legal advisor and coordinating and supporting external lawyers in court proceedings;
• contribute to and drive completion of projects such as lease matters, corporate risk and compliance assessments.

The Profile

• maximum of 3 years experience as a lawyer or in-house legal counsel
• drafting and reviewing skills
• good knowledge of Dutch civil law, focus on property law
• fluent in Dutch and English
• a socially balanced and strong personality with a keen business sense who is able to formulate clear and to-the-point, both verbally and in writing.
