ASML's Corporate Legal Department is responsible for achieving the optimal legal position for ASML and its business in a broad range of legal areas ranging from commercial contracting to compliance. Corporate Legal consists of a small group of highly empowered, business oriented lawyers with broad responsibilities who enjoy working in an international, high-tech and high-speed environment. On behalf of ASML we would like to get in touch with candidates for the position of Senior Legal Counsel Corporate & Compliance. The position is based in Veldhoven, The Netherlands and reports directly to the General Counsel & Company Secretary.

The Position

• External reporting (annual report(s), website, press releases)
• (Deputy-)Secretary (for various committees) of the Company
• Euronext and Nasdaq listing requirements
• AFM & SEC regulations
• Corporate legal structure
• Assist in capital market transactions
• Stock related issues incl. insider trading and share based compensation plans
• Privacy
• Works Council Act

The Profile

• Academic law degree (Dutch law) with at least 10 years of relevant experience in an international business environment;
• Proficient in English;
• Detail as well as results oriented;
• Pro active, practical;
• Abilty to operate at all levels: from board room to workfloor;
• Motivated and enthusiastic team player.
