The Department comprises a group of highly empowered, business-oriented lawyers with broad responsibilities who enjoy working in an international, high-tech and high-speed environment. Following the continuïng growth of ASML, we would like to get in touch with ambitious candidates (2-4 years PQE) for the position of Legal Counsel.

The Position

You will provide all necessary legal support in both the Corporate and the Commercial area, for which you will become a dedicated business partner in ASML's worldwide organization. The role involves amongst other things the screening, reviewing and drafting of a broad range of commercial contracts and the preparation of and participation in negotiations regarding those contracts. You will also manage the execution of ASML's worldwideactivities concerning corporate filing and formal registration, including directing international law firms that provide support in these matters. Furthermore you will perform legal research work and will provide legal support in all business matters at hand.

The Profile

• A Dutch law degree, with 2-4 years of experience in an international legal environment, either within a law firm or as in-housel counsel;
• Fluent in English, with a multicultural and multidisciplinary understanding;
• Highly motivated and pro-active professional.
