The Legal Department of ADP Nederland is responsible for all legal support to ADP's Dutch business units in a broad range of legal areas and is currently looking for a legal counsel with a strong commercial/business sense.

The Position

Draft, review and negotiate various agreements and general terms and conditions;
Advise business on all matters requiring legal review;
Develop and control standard terms and conditions in accordance with corporate policies;
Ensure protection of ADP legal policies, ensure ADP IP through monitoring adherence to trademark and patent rules;
Liaise with US legal department, external legal advisors and ESI counsels.

The Profile

Dutch law degree, with at least 5 years experience, either within a law firm or as an in-house counsel;
Excellent knowledge of drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts;
Experience with data privacy regulation and experience within outsourcing services area are preferred;
Excellent communication/relationship building skills, strong business sense and able to use powers of persuasion and reasoning to influence at all levels both internally and externally;
Fluent in English and Dutch.
