The Position

Working on and managing the legal implications of all R&D subsidy projects that company participates in (or intends to participate in);
Negotiating the applicable (multi-partner) agreements on legal/IP aspects;
Coordinating with and advising the relevant stakeholders in company on the legal/IP issues;
Setting up or assisting in setting up new formulations for templates/models and contracts from a legal/IP perspective;
Building up and sharing the required expertise, knowledge and experience regarding legal/IP aspects within the company, e.g. by training colleagues, as well as other relevant people in the company.

The Profile

Work experience of 3-5 years; relevant experience with Intellectual Property Law
Prepared to work in intercontinental and multi-disciplinary teams;
Entrepreneurial mindset;
Affinity with technology;
Result- and service-oriented attitude;
Good negotiation skills;
Team player;
Solid English and Dutch communication skills, both verbally as written.
