Our Client

Our client is a market and technology leader and currently in need of an Interim legal counsel.

The Position

You will provide legal support for licensing and product development and you are a business partner for it's business units. You will draft, negotiate and collaborate on various complex licensing agreements, maintenance agreements, outsourcing, and ASP services. Preferably you have knowledge and experience of DPR and procurement.

The Profile

You are an experienced legal counsel with at least 6 years PQE. Experience with technology is essential. You are fluent in English and have excellent drafting skills.
