Professor Richard Susskind is toonaangevend in de wereld als het gaat over visie op de toekomst van Legal Services. Toen wij Susskind uitnodigden in 2007 om op te treden als “key note speaker” ter gelegenheid van ons 10 jarig bestaan, hadden nog weinigen in Nederland van hem gehoord. Zelf had hij op dat moment ook geen beeld van wat er zich afspeelt in de juridische gemeenschap hier. Dat was toen. Inmiddels is hij een graag geziene gast om over innovatie in Legal Services te praten en komt regelmatig langs. Op 5 november 2009 sprak Professor Susskind tijdens de door Voxius georganiseerde “Legal Leadership Conference”. Tien managing partners van de grootste advocatenkantoren en 20 general counsels van de grootste ondernemingen spraken met Richard Susskind en met elkaar over de de mogelijkheden van technologie op de juridische praktijk en wat de kansen en bedreigingen zijn.
