After graduating (Dutch Law) at the Utrecht University Judith van Haersma Buma started her career as a corporate counsel at Brabers & Partners. In 2005 she started working as an attorney-at-law at AKD in Eindhoven. At AKD Judith specialized in advising and litigating on civil law issues in general and issues concerning (veterinary) medicines, food and health in particular. After working at AKD for 5,5 years Judith decided to start working as a Legal Counsel at Alliance Healthcare at the end of 2010. Her wish to be more concerned with (development of) people instead of the legal content of issues, Judith concluded that she wanted a career switch. This made her start working as a consultant of Voxius starting at the beginning of 2012. At Voxius Judith is able to combine her (legal) background and network with her interest in people as well as to make connections between people and companies and law firms.
